Leadership and Team Development Consultancy
Fractal Insights is a organisational development consulting firm specialising in solving complex, unstructured, and undefined human-system challenges in building effective organizations —the kind of issues traditional advisors often unskilled to tackle or overlook. Whether supporting CEOs and executives in navigating organisational dynamics and driving change or fostering team cohesion and improve effectiveness, we address challenges where conventional approaches fall short. We utilize hidden data sources, including emotional undercurrents, unconscious expressions, and systemic history and context. Our approach models these data through a two-layer lens encompassing the individual and the systemic. By linking individual behaviors to broader organisational contexts and within safe environment, we deliver tailored solutions to enhance communication, leadership, and team effectiveness.Fractal Insights is built on my experience leading teams in complex environments across the finance and tech sectors, combined with rigorous training in leadership and group dynamics. At its core is a deep fascination with how human systems operate and an enduring admiration for human resilience and potential.
Unique Approach
At the heart of my approach is the principle of fractals—where patterns recur at every level. I work with leaders and teams to explore two key dimensions: the systemic dynamics within the organization or team, and the individual psychological operating systems that shape thoughts and behaviors. By guiding leaders and teams to view challenges through both lenses, I enable them to identify hidden connections and uncover solutions that were previously overlooked.

Services - Leadership Coaching
Leadership is about strategy or decision-making as well as the ability to navigate complex human dynamics and individual fulfilment. Drawing on my background in both business and clinical psychology, I use a systemic-psychodynamic approach to help leaders uncover deeper insights, address challenges like stress and burnout, and align their personal identity with their organization’s goals for transformative growth.
As a former business executive turned trained group facilitator and organizational psychologist, I partner with senior leaders facing complex challenges or seeking greater purpose in their roles, as well as with teams navigating transitions or striving for higher effectiveness. My work focuses on areas such as power dynamics, communication frameworks, feedback systems, relationships with employees and boards, team cohesion, the transition from expertise to leadership, organizational culture, structural evolution, and sustainable self-management strategies.Central to my approach is the concept of fractals—a powerful metaphor for how patterns repeat across different scales. Whether addressing an individual conflict or a systemic issue, I help leaders and teams uncover the interconnected dynamics at play, revealing how individual and collective issues are deeply intertwined. This perspective fosters new insights and solutions by bridging systemic and individual lenses.Another distinctive feature of my approach is helping leaders and teams to "use emotion as intelligence." Building on Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence framework, which emphasizes self-awareness and emotion regulation, I take this further by helping leaders and teams to use their emotions as data to interpret others and their environments. Beyond asking, What are my emotions telling me about myself? I guide leaders to explore, What are my emotions revealing about others and the systems I inhabit?Through this work, I help leaders and teams reframe dilemmas—whether overcoming resistance to change, navigating complex political landscapes, or adapting once-successful leadership styles to meet the demands of new roles—enabling them to approach challenges with clarity and renewed purpose.

How I Help Leaders
1. Emotion as Intelligence
___________In our work together, we'll explore how you're truly feeling, including emotions that may be overlooked. By creating a safe environment, I help leaders to explore their whole range of emotions and discover what are they trying to tell you, and learn to not only to be aware and self-contained, but also transform them into valuable intelligence.
2. Role Intelligence
___________Apart from the viisble job title such as CEO or manager, we all play certain unconscious psychological role in team, such as the emotional sponge, the saviour, the contrarian etc. we’ll examine the roles you play within a group and assess whether it's beneficial for you or the group. We'll also look at how your role impact others and explore ways to build a more effective team.
3. Organisational Intelligence
___________We'll explore organizational factors such as tasks, products, client relationships, and market environments to understand human dynamics within the organization. For example, conflict between teams might indicate the need for strategic changes within the group. Taking a systemic perspective can help you manage and adapt strategy, structure, and processes within the organization more effectively.
4. Power and Authority
___________We’ll explore how you relate to power and examine how you locate your power position within a group. We’ll also identify the sources of your personal power and discuss ways to harness collective power on top of our formal role authority. This will help you understand how to navigate power dynamics effectively and use them to achieve both personal and team success.
How I help Team
1. Systemic Dynamics Expertise
___________I have undergone intensive and sustained training in interpersonal and group dynamics. I specialise at diagnosing dynamics that are often invisible to the untrained eye, and will help team to develop the courage, skill, and agility to take action to transform ineffective team behavior patterns and drive to higher performance.
2. Personal Growth as the Catalyst
___________The strength of a team is closely related to the potential development of its individual members.
I observe and interview team members and others in the organization to understand team members' commitment to strategy and mission, the unexpressed emotions and desires, and explore the interpersonal dynamics that lead to team breakdowns and disunity.
3. Bespoke Workshops
___________All our team interventions are tailor made to acknowledge the specific challenges and opportunities of every team. I facilitate team sessions that shed light on these underlying dynamics and the potential consequences if left unchanged. Central to my approach is building team member skills in giving and receiving feedback and having the difficult conversations that are necessary to successfully face and achieve disruptive change.
4. Continuous Team Journeys
___________Team development is an ongoing process. I get team members to make specific commitments for improvement, and then monitor team dynamics to make sure these commitments happen. I also design feedback mechanism to iterate our work together, embrace change, learn from challenges, and evolve collectively over time.
